    Overview

    Birbaby Canada provides delivery and shipping options across eligible Canadian delivery regions. Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout based on the recipient’s address, product selection, customization requirements, delivery timing, and available service options.

    We prepare and coordinate orders based on recipient address, product eligibility, custom gift selections, delivery requirements, routing, fulfillment capacity, and courier or delivery partner availability. Available delivery information, delivery fees, and estimated delivery dates are shown during checkout where applicable.

    Order Processing

    Orders begin processing shortly after payment is confirmed. Customers requesting an address correction, order change, recipient update, gift-message update, or cancellation should contact customer service as early as possible.

    Once an order has shipped, or once preparation, customization, fulfillment, or delivery coordination has begun, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

    Custom baby gifts, personalized selections, specialty baby gifts, keepsake gifts, and orders requiring specific preparation may require additional processing time before shipment or delivery.

    Delivery Timing

    Birbaby Canada offers delivery and shipping options across eligible Canadian delivery regions. Same-day delivery may be available on eligible products and in eligible delivery regions, depending on product selection, customization requirements, order timing, recipient address, courier availability, and operational capacity.

    Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery times unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing by Birbaby Canada. Exact delivery timing may vary due to routing, traffic, weather, recipient availability, building access, security procedures, courier performance, carrier performance, fulfillment timing, and operational capacity.

    Residential deliveries typically occur by end of day. Business, office, institutional, hospital, and managed-property deliveries typically occur during standard business hours where possible.

    Same-Day Delivery

    Same-day delivery is available only for eligible products and eligible delivery regions. Not every baby gift, custom gift configuration, add-on, keepsake item, delivery address, or order time will qualify for same-day delivery.

    Same-day delivery availability is confirmed during checkout where applicable. If same-day delivery is unavailable for the selected product, recipient address, or order timing, alternative available delivery options may be shown.

    Custom baby gifts may require additional preparation time. Some custom selections or add-ons may affect same-day eligibility.

    Delivery Completion

    Deliveries do not require a signature unless otherwise stated or required due to delivery location, carrier requirements, building policies, recipient requirements, or applicable delivery rules.

    Orders may be left in a safe location or delivered to a recipient, building representative, concierge, reception desk, security desk, front desk, mailroom, loading area, nursing station, delivery room, or other building-approved receiving point where appropriate.

    Once proof of delivery has been obtained, or the order has been accepted by the recipient, building representative, reception desk, mailroom, concierge, security desk, front desk, hospital receiving point, or other authorized receiving location, the order may be considered delivered.

    Office, Building, Hospital, and Managed Property Deliveries

    Deliveries to offices, institutions, apartments, condominiums, hotels, hospitals, medical facilities, gated communities, and managed properties may be completed through reception, mailroom, concierge, security, front desk, loading area, nursing station, delivery room, or another building-approved receiving point.

    Customers are responsible for providing complete delivery details, including company name, department, suite or unit number, recipient phone number, building instructions, hospital or facility details, and any access information needed for delivery.

    Delivery to hospitals, care facilities, offices, condominiums, apartments, and managed properties may be subject to internal rules, security procedures, visitor restrictions, receiving policies, or access limitations. Birbaby Canada is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by these restrictions.

    Incorrect or Incomplete Address Information

    Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at the time an order is placed.

    • Address changes must be requested promptly after ordering and before the order ships or delivery coordination begins.
    • Orders with incorrect or incomplete address information may be delayed, misdelivered, returned, or undeliverable.
    • Refunds, replacements, or credits may not be issued for orders affected by address errors, missing suite or unit numbers, incorrect recipient information, missing phone numbers, restricted access, or incomplete delivery instructions.
    • Additional delivery fees may apply if re-delivery or re-shipping is available.

    Service Area Review

    Some addresses within or near the edge of an eligible delivery region may require additional review before fulfillment proceeds.

    If an address requires additional delivery coordination, added delivery fees, a different delivery method, or cannot be serviced with the selected product, customer service may contact the purchaser before fulfillment continues. If delivery cannot be completed to the address provided, the order may be modified, delayed, cancelled, re-routed, or treated as undeliverable depending on the circumstances.

    Undeliverable Orders

    Orders may be considered undeliverable when delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete address information, recipient unavailability, refused delivery, restricted access, unsafe conditions, building restrictions, hospital or facility policies, missing delivery details, or circumstances outside our control.

    • Refunds may not be issued for undeliverable orders caused by customer or recipient circumstances.
    • Re-delivery or re-shipping may incur additional fees.
    • Custom or prepared gifts may need to be remade, repackaged, or replaced and cannot always be recovered or reused.
    • Incorrect or incomplete address information remains the customer’s responsibility.

    Specialty, Customized, and Time-Sensitive Products

    Some products may include specialty baby items, branded baby products, keepsake gifts, seasonal components, limited-availability items, custom selections, packaging materials, or time-sensitive preparation requirements. These items are selected and prepared with product condition, presentation, delivery timing, and recipient experience in mind.

    If a component is unavailable or not suitable for delivery conditions, it may be replaced with an appropriate alternative at our discretion to protect quality, presentation, value, and successful delivery.

    Substitutions

    Because some items are seasonal, specialty, limited-availability, or subject to supplier availability, substitutions may occasionally be necessary. When substitutions are made, Birbaby Canada aims to maintain the overall value, theme, intent, and presentation of the order.

    Due to product availability, delivery timing, customization requirements, and order volume, customers may not always be contacted in advance regarding substitutions.

    Recipient Availability

    Customers should provide accurate recipient contact information and delivery instructions to support successful delivery. Recipient availability may affect delivery completion, especially for offices, hospitals, apartments, condominiums, gated communities, and managed properties.

    If the recipient is unavailable, the order may be left with an appropriate receiving point, left in a safe location where permitted, re-delivered where available, returned to a fulfillment location where possible, or treated as undeliverable depending on the delivery method and circumstances.

    Order Tracking

    Birbaby Canada provides an order tracking widget where customers may check available order, shipment, or delivery updates. Tracking availability and timing may depend on fulfillment status, courier systems, delivery partner updates, and carrier information.

    Tracking updates may not appear immediately after an order is placed. Custom baby gifts and specialty orders may require preparation time before shipment or delivery tracking becomes available.

    Alcohol and Regulated Products

    Birbaby Canada does not currently present alcohol or regulated products as a standard part of the website’s baby gifting model. If restricted products are ever offered, availability may depend on applicable laws, recipient location, delivery rules, product availability, and any required age or identity verification.

    Birbaby Canada reserves the right to refuse, cancel, modify, or restrict any order where a product, add-on, delivery destination, or delivery request creates a legal, regulatory, safety, or operational concern.

    External Factors

    Delivery schedules may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, traffic, carrier disruptions, courier delays, labour disruptions, holidays, public emergencies, building access restrictions, hospital or facility policies, security procedures, supply shortages, technology disruptions, or transportation network issues.

    Birbaby Canada is not responsible for refunds, replacements, credits, delays, failed delivery attempts, or non-delivery caused by circumstances outside our control.
