When to send

Right after the birth is the busiest time. A gift that arrives once they've settled at home — week two, week three — is often the more welcome one.

Availability and substitutions

As each basket is built to order, exact items can vary with availability; substitutions keep the direction, the use and the value intact.

Delivery Information

Eligible addresses in the Greater Toronto Area or Vancouver and the Lower Mainland can receive same-day delivery when ordered by 11 a.m. local time.
Use the delivery calendar in the builder to choose a date.
We need the full address and a telephone number the recipient will pick up.
Hospitals control access; delivery depends on their procedures and on the recipient being there.
A discharged recipient? Reach us promptly and we'll find the best way to deliver.
Give us the buzzer code, apartment number, concierge name or other access instructions.
You'll get a delivery confirmation where the delivery method allows it.

Alcohol Add-ons & Delivery Requirements

Alcohol is added only when selected as an optional extra and where permitted; the recipient must be of legal drinking age and photo identification may be requested on delivery.
